Greenwich, CT – September 22, 2017 — Littlejohn & Co. LLC., a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, today announced it has sold C&K Holdings, Inc. (“C&K” or the “Company”), a leading global provider of function-critical, highly engineered electromechanical switch and interface technology solutions, to Sun European Partners, LLP, an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1928, C&K is one of the world’s most trusted brands of high-quality electromechanical switches. The Company has developed a comprehensive product portfolio featuring 50,000+ unique products, serving over 20,000 customers across the Industrial, Automotive and Aerospace sectors, and blue-chip OEMs. C&K is headquartered in Newton, MA, with global design centers in Newton, Dole, France, and Huizhou, China, and employs more than 1,500 people worldwide.
