Littlejohn & Co. Enhances Management Team With Promotion Of Antonio Miranda To Managing Director

GREENWICH, CT January 11, 2012 — Littlejohn & Co., LLC, a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, announced today the promotion of Antonio Miranda from Principal to Managing Director.

“Since joining Littlejohn in 2004 Tony has assumed increasing responsibilities and has demonstrated his ability to build value and work effectively with management teams at our portfolio companies. We are pleased to recognize his talent and contributions to the firm with this promotion,” said Michael Klein, CEO of Littlejohn.

Mr. Miranda joined Littlejohn in 2004. Prior to that, he served as an associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. where he evaluated, structured, and monitored private equity investments. He was also a financial analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. in their investment banking division. Mr. Miranda received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. with honors from Harvard College.
