Ms. Loum joined Littlejohn in 2021 and is an Associate on the Private Equity team. Prior to Littlejohn, Ms. Loum was a senior associate in the M&A transaction services group at Deloitte, focusing on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligences and M&A advisory mandates for financial institutions and private equity firms. Prior to Deloitte, Ms. Loum worked as a consultant at the World Bank. Ms. Loum received a Master’s degree in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne.
