Ms. Owens joined Littlejohn in 2022 as a Value Creation Director focusing on performance transformations across a variety of functional areas including growth strategy, cost transformations, and integrations. Prior to joining Littlejohn, Allie was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Co., where she spent 9 years in the Advanced Industries and Private Equity practices. She worked with over 50 clients on performance transformations and commercial due diligences. She also worked with a ski manufacturing company in Park City, Utah. Ms. Owens holds her B.A. from Dartmouth College in Economics and an MBA from MIT.
