Mr. Pomeroy joined Littlejohn in 2022 and is a Vice President on the Private Equity team. Previously, Mr. Pomeroy served as an investment professional at JH Whitney Capital Partners where he evaluated and executed leveraged buyout investments across a variety of industries, engaging in all aspects of the investment process. Prior to that, he served as an investment banking analyst at Harris Williams, where he assisted in M&A transaction advisory. Mr. Pomeroy earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
