Mr. Holt joined Littlejohn as a Senior Associate in April 2022. Previously, Mr. Holt was an associate at Renovo Capital where he evaluated and executed buyout transactions in the industrial technology space. Prior to that, he served as an investment banking analyst at Stephens Inc. where he assisted in M&A transaction advisory. Mr. Holt graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a B.S. in Economics.
