Mr. Michaud joined Littlejohn in 2007 and is a Managing Director on the Private Equity team and a member of the investment committee.
He has played a key role in the Firm’s investments in Alliance Ground International, Newgistics, Clean Earth, Kenan Advantage Group, Synventive Molding Solutions, Direct ChassisLink Inc., Soundview Maritime, Gulf Coast Shipyard Group, HydroChemPSC and Strategic Materials Inc.
He previously worked as an Analyst at CIBC World Markets in the M&A group.
Mr. Michaud received a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.
