Ethan Drake

Mr. Drake joined Littlejohn as a Principal specializing in Structured Equity Solutions in 2018. Mr. Drake has significant experience originating, underwriting and structuring non-control equity securities in various roles at White Rapids Capital, Hermes GPE, GE Capital and a multi-billion dollar single family office. Mr. Drake received a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Computer Science from St. Lawrence University and an Executive M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
