Saurabh Vaidya

Mr. Saurabh Vaidya rejoined Littlejohn in July 2025 as a Value Creation Director within the Littlejohn Portfolio Support Group after spending the past two years as President — Distribution at Total Safety. Mr. Vaidya originally started his career at Littlejohn in 2021 as a Value Creation Director where he worked with Kaman Distribution and Total Safety.

In his role, as a Value Creation Director, Saurabh supports the Portfolio Companies in designing and executing against their value creation plan. His expertise includes driving Top Line Organic and In Organic growth, Operational Transformation, Organization Redesign, Stakeholder management and Change Leadership.

Prior to joining Littlejohn, Mr. Vaidya spent six years at A.T. Kearney as a management consultant working across the Industrials, Automotive, Energy and Telecommunication industries, primarily focusing on transformation projects. Mr. Vaidya also spent an additional eight years working in upstream oil and gas for Sumitomo Corporation, in assignments across the globe focusing on Supply Chain, Operations, Sales & Business Development and P/L management. Mr. Vaidya holds a B.E in Production Engineering from University of Mumbai, Masters in Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain management from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from University of Chicago-Booth School of Business.
