Scott Dimond

Mr. Dimond joined the Littlejohn Portfolio Support Group in 2025 as a Value Creation Director to support Littlejohn portfolio companies on designing and executing against their value creation plans. Previously, Mr. Dimond served as Managing Director in the Portfolio Operations team (Catalyst) at Incline Equity Partners, where he focused on operational improvement and cost savings initiatives across the portfolio. Mr. Dimond’s career also includes consulting experience with Oliver Wyman’s industrial practice and time with both Canadian Pacific Railway and BP Fuels North America. Mr. Dimond holds a BCOMM from Queen’s University in Canada and an M.B.A. from the University of Cambridge.
