Shant Mardirossian

Mr. Mardirossian joined Littlejohn in 2026 as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategic Initiatives and is a member of the Firm’s investment committees. Mr. Mardirossian is part of the Firm’s leadership team and works closely with the Managing Partners and leaders across the Firm’s Finance, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Investor Relations functions to support the Firm’s long-term strategy and growth. Previously, Mr. Mardirossian was a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Kohlberg, where he served in a similar capacity over his 30-year tenure. He started his career as an auditor and was previously with McKinsey’s Investment Office.

Mr. Mardirossian is a graduate of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business where he received both his B.B.A and M.B.A.
