Mr. Leung joined Littlejohn in 2013. Previously, Mr. Leung served as an analyst at Sagent Advisors, LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, where he was involved in executing M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. Leung serves on the Board of Directors of Cook & Boardman and Ardurra Group, Inc. Mr. Leung earned a B.S. in finance and economics from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
