Kristin Murphy, PhD

Dr. Murphy joined Littlejohn in 2024 as a Human Capital Operating Advisor within the Portfolio Support Group where she focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational health and transformation. Her passion is to help people and organizations realize and attain their highest potential by building inspiring and effective leadership and fostering a healthy culture. She has a unique professional perspective, having worked as an organization development consultant and as a strategy executive with public, private, and private equity owned organizations.

Dr. Murphy has held a variety of leadership positions responsible for driving market strategy, product success, and transformational growth for Nortel Networks, SAS, Parexel, Ellucian and Entromy, as well as being a Principal Consultant with Green Peak Partners. She has presented at national and international professional conferences and is currently an instructor at Duke University.

Dr. Murphy graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Colgate University and holds an MS and PhD with honors from North Carolina State University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
