Mr. Abdelhalim joined Littlejohn in 2021 as a Value Creation Director where he supports 1-2 portfolio companies at a given time on building out and executing against their value creation plan over a period of 9-15 months. ​Hussein has supported IWS, Valcourt, and Hiller across a variety of topics to drive organic and inorganic growth. As a Senior Director, Hussein is also responsible for onboarding new Value Creation Directors and sharing best practices across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Littlejohn, Hussein spent four years working at Carrier and Bloom Energy where he held a variety of corporate strategy, operations, and product management roles. He also spent five years working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients globally on strategy, operations, and M&A topics. Hussein holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and MIT, respectively, and he also completed minors in Business Administration & Sales Engineering.

Mr. Avidan joined Littlejohn in 2023 and is a Senior Operating Partner in the Portfolio Support Group. Mr. Avidan previously served as the Division President for Valet Living (a multifamily amenity and service company). Prior to that, Mr. Avidan served in various leadership and operations positions at Interior Logic Group (ILG), a former Littlejohn portfolio company. Mr. Avidan holds his Bachelor of Finance and Science from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Mr. Farrukh Bezar joined Littlejohn in 2024 as an Operating Partner focusing on the Transportation and Logistics space. Mr. Bezar most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at CSX Corporation, with responsibility for leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing, overseeing the company’s marketing groups as well as having corporate strategy responsibilities. A transportation and logistics industry strategist and analyst for more than 25 years, Mr. Bezar joined CSX in May 2019 from Lynwood Partners, a transportation and logistics advisory firm he founded in 2017 and led as a managing partner. His previous experience includes senior leadership roles within the transportation and logistics functions at Clarendon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and A.T. Kearney. He also previously held sales and marketing positions at the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and served as a financial analyst with Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Bezar holds an MBA in management, marketing and transportation from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science, also from Northwestern. He currently serves on the boards of Magnate Worldwide, STG and the Northwestern Transportation Advisory Board.

Mr. Boucher is an Industry Advisor for Littlejohn & Co., working with investment teams to help accelerate value creation for existing portfolio companies as well as advising on new acquisition opportunities. Mr. Boucher has an extensive commercial and supply chain background scaling companies from start up to IPO as well as CEO experience running both public and private companies. Most recently, Mr. Boucher was the CEO of former Littlejohn Portfolio Company, C&K Components, a design and manufacturing solutions company for highly engineered electromechanical switch and interface technology products for the Medical, Aerospace, Industrial, Automotive and Consumer market segments. Prior to C&K, he served as President and CEO of ModusLink (NASDAQ MLNK), a global omnichannel provider of end-to-end last mile distribution technology and forward logistics services for global OEMs in consumer electronics, communications, computing and medical devices segments. Mr. Boucher’s commercial and operational experience also includes 10 years at Celestica Corp. (NYSE CLS), a $7B tier 1 EMS company where he held executive and operational position including President of Americas Operations, EVP Global Sales, EVP Corp. Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics & Chief & Procurement Officer. 

Ms. Coffee joined Littlejohn in 2023 as the Director of ESG Reporting. Ms. Coffee started her career in environmental consulting with an emphasis on Phase I’s, Phase II’s and site remediation and investigation where she spent 10 years. She worked in environmental compliance at Congoleum Corporation and at Clean Earth (a former Littlejohn portfolio company), managing environmental compliance for the network of non-hazardous and hazardous waste handling facilities. She also participated in a variety of acquisitions and due diligence projects, including site visits, assessment of risks/improvements needed, filing notifications related to regulatory compliance and the onboarding of new acquisitions from an environmental compliance perspective. Ms. Coffee graduated with a B.S. in Geosciences from Ride University and holds a Master’s in Environmental Policy and Management from University of Denver.

Mr. Cook joined Littlejohn in 2024 as a Value Creation Director, where he works with executive teams of portfolio companies to develop and execute cross-functional value creation plans. Prior to joining Littlejohn, he was the Vice President of Client Services at PSG Global Solutions for six years, which culminated in a successful acquisition by Teleperformance. Previously, Mr. Cook was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he led consulting projects with numerous Fortune 500 clients across a range of strategy, operations, and lean management initiatives. He started his career as a Signals Intelligence Officer with the United States Marine Corps, where he led units in Afghanistan and the southern Philippines. Mr. Cook holds a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Yale School of Management.

Kelly Despontin joined Littlejohn in 2023 as a Value Creation Director partnering with the executive teams of our portfolio companies to create and implement strategies to deliver long-term enterprise value. Ms. Despontin brings a combination of management consulting and hands-on management experience that balances strategic vision with practical and effective tactics to drive transformation. Prior to joining Littlejohn, she was a Business Development Director at Instacart, leading a $1B portfolio of brick-and-mortar grocery clients in growing their e-commerce businesses via Marketplace and Enterprise platforms. Kelly also spent 7 years at Amazon in a variety of product management and category leadership roles. She started her career as a management consultant with Kearney in their Chicago and Sydney offices. Ms. Despontin holds a B.S. from Northwestern University in Organizational Behavior and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.​

Mr. Dimond joined the Littlejohn Portfolio Support Group in 2025 as a Value Creation Director. Previously, Mr. Dimond served as Managing Director in the Portfolio Operations team (Catalyst) at Incline Equity Partners, where he focused on operational improvement and cost savings initiatives across the portfolio. Mr. Dimond’s career also includes consulting experience with Oliver Wyman’s industrial practice and time with both Canadian Pacific Railway and BP Fuels North America. Mr. Dimond holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a BCOMM from Queen’s University in Canada.

Mr. Gamsey joined Littlejohn in 2018 as a member of the Portfolio Support Group, partnering with investment and management teams on financial, accounting and operational improvement projects and systems implementation initiatives. Mr. Gamsey is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, public company and private equity portfolio company roles. His background includes auditing, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, SEC filings, internal controls, technical accounting matters, financial planning and analysis, and financial and operational process improvement. Previously, Mr. Gamsey served as Vice President, Director of Accounting for Bankrate, Inc., a public company, where he led accounting departments for four divisions. Prior to that, Mr. Gamsey was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services practice working extensively with private equity clients on buy and sell side diligence and capital market transactions across various industries. Prior to that, Mr. Gamsey was an auditor with Ernst & Young focused on Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Gamsey received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Boston University.

Mr. Haney joined Littlejohn in 2023 and is a Senior Operating Partner in the Portfolio Support Group. Prior to joining Littlejohn, Mr. Haney served as a Managing Director at Tengram Capital Partners, a Principal at Brynwood Partners, as well as the CFO of Henkel North America Consumer Goods. Mr. Haney began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held a variety of General Management positions. Mr. Haney received a B.S. in Finance and Economics with Honors and an M.B.A. with Honors from Quinnipiac University.

Mr. Konkoly joined Littlejohn in 2025 as a Value Creation Director, working alongside executive teams to develop and implement strategies that accelerate profitability and create long-term enterprise value. Before joining Littlejohn, he served as Vice President of Portfolio Operations at HCI Equity Partners, where he led efforts to optimize pricing, improve commercial team performance, and enhance business effectiveness.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Konkoly held leadership roles at McMaster-Carr Supply, where he managed high-performing teams and drove operational improvements. He also held consulting roles with Blue Ridge Partners, INSIGHT2PROFIT, and IRI, advising clients on go-to-market strategies, organizational capabilities, and financial performance.

Mr. Konkoly earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a BBA from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.

Mr. Miller joined Littlejohn in 2021 as a Senior Operating Partner. He has been an innovator and leader in global private equity operations for the past 18 years partnering with the firm to create a portfolio wide platform leveraging the highly collaborative and successful approach to strategic sourcing developed during his prior experiences with New Mountain Capital, Ares Capital Management, TPG Capital, and Cerberus.

Prior to his work in private equity, Curt worked over ten years in multiple positions at GE, including Global Supply Chain Leader for GE Signaling and Senior Audit Manager for the Corporate Audit Staff. He began his career in the Operational Management Leadership Program for GE Transportation and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.

Mr. Miller joined Littlejohn in 2024 as a Value Creation Director, working alongside executive teams to develop and execute cross-functional value creation plans. Prior to joining Littlejohn, Mr. Miller spent four years with Barings as an Operating Advisor within their Private Equity group. Previously, Mr. Miller led global pricing at Honeywell for a $2B business unit. Prior to this, he worked in consulting with Deloitte, where he advised clients on strategy, operations, and growth levers to drive financial and operational performance. Mr. Miller started his career with Coca-Cola Consolidated, where he developed profitability models to improve value-chain economics. Mr. Miller holds his BS in Finance and Global Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of South Carolina.

Ms. Monnichmeyer joined Littlejohn in 2023 as Vice President, Human Capital. She works on key executive hires for portfolio companies and partners with the deal and management teams to develop human capital strategies to support their value creation plans. She has 16+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Previously, she held positions as Talent & Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Consultant both at PE and executive search organizations. At her last role with Sun Capital Partners, Ms. Monnichmeyer helped establish the firm and portfolio companies’ talent strategy capabilities and best practices for the assessment, attraction, and selection of talent. In addition, she transitioned the organization to drive talent decisions through data and analytics. Ms. Monnichmeyer has a Bachelor’s in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Northern Arizona University.

Mr. Noble joined Littlejohn in 2022 and is a Senior Operating Partner for Technology and Cyber Security and works across the portfolio companies, partnering with the investment and management teams to help drive technology and operational excellence. Mr. Noble has experience as a Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at both privately owned and publicly traded companies.

Mr. Noble spent 13 years as the global CIO of GAF, a global roofing manufacturer, where he focused on digital & agile transformation, IT transformation, cyber security, and operational excellence. He then joined Veritiv Corporation, a large packaging and distribution company, where he was SVP & Global CIO/CDO/CTO and led all global IT, digital and shared services. Most recently, Mr. Noble was the CTO and Innovation Officer at American Water, a publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, where he managed all IT, cybersecurity, physical security, and digital innovation initiatives. He has also led global IT organizations at JPMorgan Chase, Mars Incorporated, AlliedSignal Corporation, and UPS. Mr. Noble holds a B.A. from Binghamton University and a Master’s from Kean University.

Mr. Reed joined the Littlejohn Portfolio Support Group in 2025 as a Technology Operating Partner. Previously, Mr. Reed spent six years working at FTI Consulting as a Managing Director on the Data & Technology Transformation team, with focus on transaction due diligence and enterprise technology implementations. Mr. Reed attended The George Washington University and received a B.S. in Business with Honors. Over the last few decades, Mr. Reed held various positions as a CTO, an interim CIO and served as a consultant with expertise in SaaS and Cloud technology.

Mr. Vogl joined Littlejohn in 2017 as an Operating Advisor focused on Strategic Growth and supports investment teams and portfolio company leadership in driving sales success. He is a sales executive with a track record of driving growth with best practice business processes including sales strategy, salesforce structure, identifying new opportunities and pipeline management, goal setting and metrics, CRM system implementation, compensation plans, and time and territory management. He has a strong leadership management background and previously worked as Global VP of Sales for Crosby Group, VP of Sales for Danaher’s automation platform and Parker Hannifin as General Sales Manager. Mr. Vogl holds a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University.
