Hussein Abdelhalim

Mr. Abdelhalim joined Littlejohn in 2021 as a Value Creation Director where he supports 1-2 portfolio companies at a given time on building out and executing against their value creation plan over a period of 9-15 months. ​Hussein has supported IWS, Valcourt, and Hiller across a variety of topics to drive organic and inorganic growth. As a Senior Director, Hussein is also responsible for onboarding new Value Creation Directors and sharing best practices across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Littlejohn, Hussein spent four years working at Carrier and Bloom Energy where he held a variety of corporate strategy, operations, and product management roles. He also spent five years working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients globally on strategy, operations, and M&A topics. Hussein holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and MIT, respectively, and he also completed minors in Business Administration & Sales Engineering.
