Carla Loum

Ms. Loum joined Littlejohn in 2021 as a member of the Private Equity team and is currently a Vice President on the Investor Relations team, where she focuses on fundraising, marketing and co-investment syndication activities. Drawing on her investment experience, Ms. Loum also continues to work with the Private Equity team on select portfolio companies.

Prior to Littlejohn, Ms. Loum was a Senior Associate in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services group, where she executed financial due diligence and M&A advisory engagements for financial institutions and private equity firms. Prior to Deloitte, Ms. Loum was an advisory consultant at the World Bank.

Ms. Loum received a Master’s degree in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and graduated as Valedictorian from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne with a Master’s degree in Finance and Tax.
