Brian Michaud

Mr. Michaud joined Littlejohn in 2007 and is a member of the investment committee. Mr. Michaud has worked on many exited transactions including Alliance Ground International, Newgistics, Clean Earth, Kenan Advantage Group, Synventive Molding Solutions, Direct ChassisLink Inc., Soundview Maritime, Gulf Coast Shipyard Group, HydroChemPSC and Strategic Materials Inc. He previously worked as an analyst at CIBC World Markets in the mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Michaud received a B.A. in economics and Spanish, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.
