Mr. Michaud joined Littlejohn in 2007 and is one of the Firm’s three Managing Partners. He is responsible for the day-to-day management, leadership and strategic direction of the Firm. Mr. Michaud is a member of the Firm’s investment committees.
He has played a key role in the Firm’s realized investments in Alliance Ground International, Newgistics, Clean Earth, Kenan Advantage Group, Synventive Molding Solutions, Direct ChassisLink Inc., Soundview Maritime, Gulf Coast Shipyard Group, HydroChemPSC, Strategic Materials, Inc., Hiller, and Valcourt Group.
He previously worked as an Analyst at CIBC World Markets in the M&A group.
Mr. Michaud received a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.
