Robert Davis

Mr. Davis joined Littlejohn as a partner in 2005. He co-manages the Firm’s debt strategies and is a member of the Private Equity Investment and Distressed Securities Risk Oversight committees. He has more than 30 years of leverage finance, special-situation investing and restructuring experience. He has served on numerous boards, creditor and restructuring committees. Mr. Davis currently serves on the board of directors of Unitek.

Prior to joining Littlejohn, Mr. Davis worked at Oaktree Capital, where he was a founding member of its mezzanine investment group, at Halcyon Asset Management, and at the Prudential Insurance Company, where he was a co-founder of its financial restructuring group and head of business development for Prudential Investments. Mr. Davis received his B.A. (with honors) and M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
