Robert Davis

Mr. Davis joined Littlejohn as a Managing Director in 2005 to co-manage the Firm’s debt strategies and is a member of the Firm’s investment committees. He has more than 30 years of leverage finance, special situation investing and restructuring experience. He has served on numerous boards, creditor and restructuring committees.

Prior to joining Littlejohn, Mr. Davis worked at Oaktree Capital, where he was a founding member of its mezzanine investment group, at Halcyon Asset Management, and at the Prudential Insurance Company, where he was a co-founder of its financial restructuring group and head of business development for Prudential Investments. Mr. Davis received his B.A. (with honors) and M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
